How your report will be handled

Report handling

The report will be registered with its date and time and reviewed by the IRINOX security team in the context of the Cyber Resilience Act. The appropriate handling measures and any applicable notification obligations will be assessed. Attachments will be forwarded internally only after security checks.

Communications and updates

Confirmation that your report has been received and any subsequent updates will be sent to the email address provided in the form. For security and confidentiality reasons, communications may not include technical details about the analysis or the measures taken.

Contact details, product information, the content of the report and any attachments will be processed to handle the report and comply with applicable obligations, as described in the privacy notice.
